Use OSSmosis 5 to confirm what Broadsoft Platform on which the customer's account is provisioned



In the upper left hand corner display the Enterprise, Group, and Broadsoft Platform Information



If the customer is on the A-Platform provide this URL: https://www.voip.xtium.com/callcenter

If the customer is on the B/C/D-Platform provide this URL: https://callcenter.voip.xtium.com/callcenter

These URL are a 'load balancer' Which means when clicked it will redirect the end user to the best available server at any given time (i.e. xsp15, xsp16, xsp17)


It's recommend that the end user bookmark or save the load balancer to ensure they can always connect to our platform and access the web supervisor portal. If they load the web page, then bookmark it, only that server (i.e. xsp15), is bookmarked. They need to add the load balancing URL itself as a bookmark in their browser.
