X Add Resource Mailbox to Hosted Exchange

Follow these steps when you need to add a resource mailbox to a customer in HEX

Step-by-step guide

1. Logon to Hosting Controller
   1. https://portal.evolvedmail.net/main.aspx
   2. Username: EvolveIP
   3. Password: <See Secret Server>
2. On the Left Hand side, click My Users under Panel Users > Manage Users
   1. 
3. Click the Username that needs the mailbox and then select Auto Login
4. On the left side, click Exchange Organizations under Manage Exchange
   1. 
5. On the right side, click Resource Mailboxes
6. On the right side, click Add Mailbox.
7. Complete information and click Add Mailbox.
