Log Into Ossmosis 5 and navigate to the Enterprise requesting to block the DID. Under "Telephony Setup" go to "Location"
On the Bottom right corner click on the Orange Meatball and select the Block Number Option
On the Blocked Numbers screen click on "Add" and this will block for the selected location. Click on "Apply all Locations to block for the Enterprise
Hit Save and the number will be blocked from being to make Inbound calls to this Enterprise
