In Vsphere, Navigate to Home->Inventory-> VMs and Templates. Under Austin, expand the Templates folder.
Right click the template you wish you use, and select Deploy Virtual Machine from this template. This will bring up the Deploy Template Wizard.
On the first page, choose an appropriate Hostname and Inventory location.
On the next tab, choose the Webcore Cloud cluster and hit next.
On the next tab, choose a specific host. Any of the four hosts are valid.
On the Storage tab, make sure your format is Thin Provision unless specifically necessary not to. The Windows Server 2012 R2 Standard Template is Thin Provisioned, so we can leave it "Same Format as Source". For a destination, choose one of the Nexentas.
Under Customization, you can use the Customization Wizard to do things like add to the machine to a domain, or you can leave as Do not customize for a vanilla build and customize later. This will depend on the intended use of the VM.
At this point, you're finished. Click finish and the template will deploy to a VM. You can then power it up, console in, and configure as needed.
