The tenant wishes to bypass the DaaS Access Point. This method will also bypass the need for 2 factor authentication.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to DaaS Service Center: https://daas-sc.evolveip.net/service
  2. On the Tenants Tab, click Edit next to the Tenant
  3. Click on the Remote Access Tab
  4. Click the link to Add an Internal Network
  5. Enter the netork in CIDR format: 10.100.0.0/16
  6. Click Add Network
  7. Repeat Steps 4 - 6 for each internal network

 

Note: In many cases, the tenant will provide a large list of smaller subnets (for example 10.100.0.0/24, 10.100.1.0/24). These can be condensed as necessary: 10.100.0.0/23
