- Define scope and history
- Is this a new user?
- When did your login stop working?
- Any prior tickets?
- Is the user able to access other areas of the system
- IE; can they log in to the supervisor app or manager?
- Data Collection and Troubleshooting
- Is the user a supervisor?
- The user needs to be a supervisor of at least one BP
- Obtain user credentials being used
- Try logging in as a customer
- Any errors on the screen?
- Is the user a supervisor?
- Escalation to Support Center
- Note the history and scope
- Note user credentials if collected
- Note any errors
