The eAgent Teams App is a new deployment model for eAgent. With the introduction of this model eAgent can now be deployed to run within a browser or within Teams. Each agent can have a choice of which model they wish to use. eAgent Teams App saves landscape on an agents' desktop as well as ease the agents' contact handling. Now the agent can access all of the features of both Teams and eAgent within a single window by utilizing the icons on the left hand menu bar. Known Issues
Intermittently, upon the first startup of a day the login prompt is not displayed. Instead the agent is presented with a message that their agent data could not be retrieved. There is an easy work-around by selecting any other function of Teams and then returning to eAgent. For example, if a user gets this message they can select the "Chat" icon from the left-hand menu bar and then select "eAgent" from the menu bar and they will get the login prompt.
