Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

  1. To add disposition code, load the customer's Org
  2. Navigate to the Implementation subsystem and locate the Disposition Code Set
  3. Click on the add icon and a code set will appear
  4. Click on  the Code Set to open
  5. Enter all the necessary Disposition Codes requested by the customer
  6. Make sure to assign to BP and deploy
