Once agent has been added to the organization and deployed, or their password has been reset without an email address, they will need to be activated through the portal.

Step-by-step guide

Add the steps involved:

  1. Access customer's portal and click on the Change Password icon
  2. Fill in all the fields. The password scheme uses last 4 of Org ID 
    e.g. (c278746c-3516-4992-9537-010a7e0f60a6)  
    password would be age60a6!
