Launch the Dashboard Access Editor and Server Manager from the ClearLogin Hub
URL:
https://evolveip.clearlogin.com/dashboard
Click on the 'Access Editor' link at the top of the page
Search for the Dashboard 'Context' or customer name
Type or paste the Broadsoft ID of the user needing access in the 'add user' field and then click 'ADD' button
If the user we are adding dashboard access to has an OSSmosis Admin account, Follow the guide to
Mapping Call Center Dashboard Access to an OSSmosis Admin Account
to complete the request
If the user we are adding dashboard access to does NOT have an OSSmosis admin account, follow the guide to provide
Direct Call Center Dashboard Access
complete the request
