Dashboard's reload automatically at midnight local time for every customer who has a dashboard. Reloading the dashboard should only be done during normal business hours if the customer stats that the statistics are not refreshing automatically, or if an user seat's name was changed and the 'old' agent's name is still appearing on the dashboard.
Before clicking the red 'Reload Dashboard' button you must type or paste the Dashboard Name in the text box.
Note: Reloading the dashboard will caused all statistics displayed on the customers dashboard to reset to zero. (Reports can still be ran to gather the queue and agent statistics from web supervisor portal)
