Search for the loginID or email address of the ossmosis account to which you want to map map dashboard access

Click on the orange circle in the bottom right corner and then click 'Add new mapping'

Select the Enterprise thats already mapped to this OSSmosis account

Select 'Call Center Dashboard' from the System Module dropdown.

4 text boxes will appear that have to be populated

The hostname and context are the 2 parts of the URL that the Dashboard Server Manager lists

The phoneuser and password is the BroadsoftID and application password assocaited with the user seat mapped for access

example: https://dashboard-07.evolveip.net/DashboardSupportTrainingInc/jsp/login.jsp

HOSTNAME = https://dashboard-07.evolveip.net

CONTEXT = DashboardSupportTrainingInc

PHONEUSER: 4842530547.309

PASSWORD: 0/aFAIC~$6r

Save all the inputs and the single sign-on mapping is complete.

You can always test if a single sign-on mapping is valid by coping the HOSTNAME+CONTEXT into a web browser and then log in with the PHONEUSER and PASSWORD.

If this doesn't work

  1. Check if user has been mapped for access
  2. Reset the users Broadsoft / Application Password using O5
