  1. Make sure you have credentials to login to the dashboard
  2. Launch the Dashboard Access Editor and Server Manager from the ClearLogin Hub
    1. https://evolveip.clearlogin.com/apps/k8_sbw_dashboard_mgmt/login
  3. Locate the board
  4. Click on Reload (dashboardname) POD under Actions

  5. On the next page verify the dashboard is correct
  6. Click Reload
  7. Wait for page to redirect you to the Manager page in step 3
  8. Click the Dashboards's Hyperlink
  9. Log in
  10. Verify time has been updated (Running Totals Since:)
  11. Any issues escalate to SRE Team
