  1. IMPORTANT
    1. Make sure you have credentials to login to the dashboard
    2. The customer has approved the restart
      1. understands the data will not include the entire day just from the moment the restart has completed (Running Totals Since)
    3. This should be done after a Reload failed to provided the desired results.
  2. Launch the Dashboard Access Editor and Server Manager from the ClearLogin Hub
    1. https://evolveip.clearlogin.com/apps/k8_sbw_dashboard_mgmt/login
  3. Locate the board
  4. On the next page verify the dashboard is correct, this will display the name of the pod being restarted, in this example we are starting the DashboardAbingtonMedicalSpecialist pod
  5. Click Reload
  6. Wait for page to redirect you to the Manager page in step 3
    1. This will show the uptime for the pod you just restarted as less then a minute, if this was successful
  7. Click the Dashboards's Hyperlink
  8. Log in
  9. Verify time has been updated (Running Totals Since:)
  10. Any issues escalate to SRE Team
    1. Please note any error messages in the ticket
