Follow these steps to adjust the View Desktop timeout time.

 

  1. Login to the customer Enterprise Center Admin Portal (https://cust.evolvedaas.com/admin)
  2. Click on the configuration tab and select General
  3. Change View Client Agent timeout settings > Broker Session timeout (minutes), and click save (Maximum setting is 10080 Minutes).
  4. Go to Pool Management > Browse Pools > CLick Edit button k> Pool Configuration Sheet > Session Timeout for VM (in ms) (999999999 is the maximum value That's nine nines.
