Follow these instructions to add an alias to a mailbox for a customer in HEX.

Step-by-step guide

1. Logon to Hosting Controller
   1. https://portal.evolvedmail.net/main.aspx
   2. Username: EvolveIP
   3. Password: <See Secret Server>
2. On the Left Hand side, click My Users under Panel Users > Manage Users
   1. 
3. Click the Username that needs the alias and then select Auto Login
4. On the left side, click Exchange Organizations under Manage Exchange
   1. 
5. On the right side, click Mailboxes
   1. 
6. Click the mailbox that needs an alias
7. Nagivate to Edit Mailbox -> Email Addresses
8. Click Add Email Address
9. Fill out information and click Add Email Address
