Follow these instructions when a customer needs to set a new primary email address for a mailbox in HEX.

Step-by-step guide

1. Logon to Hosting Controller
   1. https://portal.evolvedmail.net/main.aspx
   2. Username: EvolveIP
   3. Password: <See Secret Server>
2. On the Left Hand side, click My Users under Panel Users > Manage Users

3. Click the Username that needs the new address and then select Auto Login
4. On the left side, click Exchange Organizations under Manage Exchange
   1. 
5. On the right side, click Mailboxes.
   1. 
6. Click the mailbox that needs to be updated, select Edit Mailbox -> Email Addresses
7. If the new primary address is already listed, click Set as Primary.
8. If not, click Add Email Address, fill out information as needed, and then click Set as primary.
