Follow these instructions to add a new mail domain to an existing customer in the Mimecast platform.
Step-by-step guide
- Login to customer’s admin portal
- https://console.mimecast.com/mimecast/admin
- Select Directories -> Internal.

- Select Register New Domain

- Enter the domain name, then select Get Verification Code.

- Copy the verification code, have the customer create a public TXT record using this code as the entry. Once the record has been updated. Click Retry Domain Verification.
