Follow these steps when you need to update the times/days that users are emailed spam notifications out of Mimecast.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to the Customer's Mimecast Administrator Portal
    1. https://console-us-2.mimecast.com/mimecast/admin
  2. Select Gateway -> Policies
  3. Select Definitions under Digest Sets.
  4. Select the Default Digest Set Definition
  5. Adjust settings as needed, select Save & Exit.
