Step-by-step guide
- To add disposition code, load the customer's Org
- Navigate to the Implementation subsystem and locate the Disposition Code Set
- Click on the add icon and a code set will appear
- Click on the Code Set to open
- Enter all the necessary Disposition Codes requested by the customer
- Make sure to assign to BP and deploy
