continuumCLOUD utilizes the Citrix XenApp (ICA) platform to access a high-performance virtual desktop. These instructions work on PCs and Macs.

If the Receiver is already installed, skip this section. Before using continuumCLOUD, the Citrix Receiver software must be installed on the client computer.

Follow these steps to install and use Receiver:

  1. Download the Citrix Receiver from: http://receiver.citrix.com.
  2. Click the blue button to Download Receiver for (your operating system will automatically be detected and listed).
  3. Install the software, following the default prompts and options.
  4. When prompted to enter a server name or URL after installation, enter login.cc2.zone.
  5. Enter your username and password to activate Receiver.
  6. Click once on the desktop icon to lauch the Citrix Receiver session.
  7. Start using your virutal desktop.

To access continuumCLOUD through a web browser, follow these steps:

  1. Open any web browser.

    Azzaron recommends Google Chrome for both Mac and PC connections to the secure gateway.

  2. In the address bar, go to the address as given to you at launch (i.e.https://login.cc2.zone).

    This address must be entered with the https:// (secure site).

  3. Enter your username and password.
  4. Click Log On. 
  5. The desktop(s) or application(s) you have access to will appear in the browser.

  6. Click once on the desktop icon to lauch the Citrix Receiver session.

    If using IE on a PC, it may be necessary to click the Open option that appears.

  7. Start using your virtual desktop

   

Remember to LOG OFF (using the Start menu) when you are done. Please don't click the red X to close.
