Follow these instructions when you need to add a new mail domain to a customer

Step-by-step guide

  1. Logon to Hosting Controller

    1. https://portal.evolvedmail.net/main.aspx
    2. Username: EvolveIP
    3. Password: <See Secret Server>
  2. On the Left Hand side, click My Users under Panel Users > Manage Users
  3. Click the Username that needs the mailbox and then select Auto Login
  4. On the left side, click Exchange Organizations under Manage Exchange
  5. On the right side, click Mail Domain
  6. On the right side, click Add Mail Domain
  7. Fill out Information, and click Add Mail Domain.
