Goto the User in OSSmosis 5

Goto the 'User Features'

Check the box next to the service "XTIUM Office: Unity Agent User"



Click the orange circle in the bottom right corner

Then, click save





Note: Make sure to include  'Billing Notes' in the ticket as the Billing department will need to manually adjust the invoice for the add/remove Unity Agent license
