OSSmosis Adding/Removing a license
Unity Agent and Desktop licenses can be assigned to a user in OSSmosis under their 'Services page'
Unity Agent
Unity Agent is a Microsoft® Windows® based application that enhances the Call Center Agent experience. Featuring an intuitive icon based presence interface, Unity Agent provides point and click call control, ACD State functions (login/logout/unavailable/wrap up, etc), near real time statistics, imbedded chat and presence. This agent based application complements Standard or Premium Call Center Agents.

Technical Aspects of using Unity:
Unity Agent application requires a license to use, and the Broadworks Call Center Premium Agent license to be assigned to queue(s)
Unity Agent uses the users Broadsoft ID+@voip.evolveip.net or their domain for authentication.
The password is the users 'Application/Personal Portal/Toolbar' password.
The application is platform specific (Broadsoft A, B/C)
A-Platform customers will need to verify their server address = www.voip.evolveip.net
B/C-Platform customers will need to verify their server address = www-b.voip.evolveip.net
