Follow these steps when legitimate relays are getting rejected (For example, a customer is using smtp.wolfpack.net for Scans)

Step-by-step guide

  1. Log in to the Mimecast Admin portal
    1. https://console.mimecast.com/mimecast/admin
  2. Select Gateway -> Policies
  3. Select Anti Spoofing
  4. Select New Policy
  5. Fill out the policy as follows:
    1. Policy Narrative: Anti-Spoofing Bypass
    2. Select Option: Take No Action
    3. Email From:
      1. Address Based On: Both
      2. Applies From: Everyone
    4. Email To: Everyone
    5. Enable
    6. Set Policy As Perpetual: Always On
    7. Policy Override: Checked
    8. Bi Directional: Unchecked
    9. Add IP Addresses / Host names as needed
  6. Select Save and Exit.
