Your Recap account has been set up, and you've been able to login, but we don't have any recordings for you. 


Try making a test call

First, you might not have any recent recordings. Try calling our test number at +1 424-320-0514 and staying on the line for at least 30 seconds. Then, after you hang up, wait a few minutes and check back on your Recap dashboard to see if the call shows up.


Contact your IT Admin

If the call doesn't show up, it's likely that your phone line isn't set up with Call Recording. Contact your IT Admin for further assistance.

Hey there! You can login to OSSmosis and click the "Call Recording" option in the side bar. Then, click Call Recording Profiles, and ensure that the user is assigned to a profile. There's more information in the OSSmosis User Guide.

As always, you can contact Support if you need assistance. Let them know that you're trying to troubleshoot the Call Recording Profile for a particular user.
