The CRM integrations tile in OSSmosis is an automated process that generates Administrator profiles to be linked back to 3rd party integrations solutions i.e. Tenfold. These administrative profiles allow for the successful logging of traffic over Evolve IP's platform.
The CRM integration also allows for creation of service packs for other 3rd party UC integration solutions such as Go Integrator.
The following guide will illustrate the step by step process in creating and successfully assigning the CRM of choice to a specific enterprise.
Step-by-step guide
Go to the specific Enterprise and Group that is being requested with the CRM integration.
For Ex:
Step 1: Go to Administration
Step 2: Select CRM Integrations
Step 3: Select Add CRM Integration
Step 4: Prompt for Licence Type and CRM Integration will show w/ Drop Downs.
- License Type Options: Go Integrator DB, Tenfold Standard, Tenfold Pro, Tenfold Custom.
- CRM Integrations: There are a handful of supported CRM's but the most popular are: Salesforce, MS Dynamics, and ZenDesk.
- Note: If the order/ticket requests for Zoho with Go Integrator, the CRM Integration pack will be Go Integrator DB
Step 5: Select the License Type (per the Sales order) and the CRM integration (confirmed by the client)
Step 6: Once the License Type and CRM Integrations is saved, you will be provided with a SUCCESS message on the OSSmosis page
NOTE: If it fails due to a duplicate CRM or another issue, please submit the error in the Application Feedback (Application Support)
Step 7: Once saved, the CRM added from step 5 and confirmed in step 6 will be reflected on the CRM Integration for assignment (Telephony Setup > Users > Features)
Step 8 (Important): The admin that generated the CRM to the enterprise will receive an email with the User Admin ID and Password.
Note: These credentials are ONLY required for the Tenfold CRM integrator to be added to the 'Phone System' tab.
IMPORTANT
For Go Integrator CARA, continue with these steps that are not yet automated within OSSmosis:
9 - You will need to create, activate within each group and assign to subscribing users a specific Service Pack within their enterprise in Broadworks. The service pack should be named (exactly)
svp-MondagoCARA-Unite
Create - In the enterprise, go to Resources > Service Packs.
Click "Add"
*Name > svp-MondagoCARA-Unite
Description > svp-MondagoCARA-Unite
Add "Authenticator" service by moving it to the box on the right
Click OK or Apply
Activate - In the enterprise, under each group that contains subscribing users, go to Resources > Services
On the list of service packs, click the check box next to svp-MondagoCARA-Unite
Assign - For each subscribing user, go to Profile > Assign Services
Find svp-MondagoCARA-Unite on the left box list (Available Service Packs) and Add> to the right (User Service packs)
10 - Remove the service pack svp-GoIntegrator-DB from the same subscribing users.
GoIntegrator CARA utilizes a different service pack for license recognition on the vendor side. CARA will not work without step #9. Step #10 is just cleanup.
Steps #9-10 will be written into this same MOP as it applies to OSSmosis 6
