These instructions can be sent to an end user that needs to check for and released held messages.
- Login to the Mimecast Personal Portal
- If you do not know your credentials, your administrator can reset them for you.
- https://webmail-us.mimecast.com/m/portal/login/#/login
- When you login you will see a copy on your mailbox. On the left hand side, select the 3 dots.
- Select Personal On Hold.
- Select the messages that you want to allow, then select the action you want to complete.
