X Set Hosted Exchange Mailbox to Forward

Follow these instructions when you need to set a mailbox to another address for a customer in HEX.

Step-by-step guide

1. Logon to Hosting Controller
   1. https://portal.evolvedmail.net/main.aspx
   2. Username: EvolveIP
   3. Password: <See Secret Server>
2. On the Left Hand side, click My Users under Panel Users > Manage Users

3. Click the Username that needs the forwarding setup and then select Auto Login
4. On the left side, click Exchange Organizations under Manage Exchange

5. On the right side, click Mailboxes.

6. Click the mailbox that needs forwarding, then select Mailbox Settings -> Forwarding
7. Change settings as needed and select Save Settings.
