Problem
The customer's ShoreTel UCC application is not loading Outlook contacts.
Solution
Add their Mail/Outlook profile to their Windows VM. Users may not have any mail profile listed in some cases.
- Navigate to Control Panel/Mail (MS 2016)
- Add...Create profile name, auto-discover will autocomplete the @raleighmedicalgroup.com user
After this is done the ShoreTel application should start automatically pulling contacts from Outlook
*If the user has any issues viewing call details within the ShoreTel Communicator "Agent" tab, make sure to view by 'Details' instead of 'List', by right-clicking an open area of the Window and make selection.
