How to upgrade an existing customer seats or services in Mimecast Partner Portal:

How to upgrade an existing Customer:

  1. Log into the Partner Portal: https://portal.mimecast.com/Partner/Common/Login
  2. Click on Menu> Customers> Complete > customer name
  3. Under Products click on Change Options
  4. In the Change Options sections there is a Seat Adjustment field: select
    1. Click the up arrow to increasing the seat count: to X
  5. There will be a drop down of add on products: select if need be
  6. Click review order
  7. Check the 2 boxes and click SUBMIT
