RECAP HAS BEEN DEPRECATED. DO NOT PUBLISH THIS PAGE.

Processing a call in Recap gets the full functionality of the Conversation view, with a transcript of who said what, analysis of each person involved in the conversation, and identification of Moments that occurred during a call.

Transcript

First, let's focus on the transcript view:

At the top, you can use the search bar to find a keyword mentioned during the call. It must be an exact match.

In the transcript, you'll see the conversation flow, with each speaker identified. Click any word in the transcript, and the call audio will start playing back from that point.

As the audio is playing, you'll notice a karaoke-style indicator that highlights the words as they are being said. You can disable this in the settings cog in the sidebar.

You can right-click on any word in the transcript, and add a new Moment, highlight a portion of the call, or share the call.

Sidebar

When you've processed a conversation, the sidebar includes much richer data about the call.

You can edit the title of the call, share the conversation, and add labels to the conversation, in the Overview section.

Under the People section, you'll see each caller on the call, and their phone number. If you click on a particular person, you'll see additional stats about each caller - including how much of the conversation they spoke compared to other callers, the rate of talking speed, and the number of times the caller interrupted someone else on the call.

With Moments, you'll see a list of all interesting points during the call. You can click the play icon next to a particular Moment to start playback of the audio from that point in the call, or click the pencil icon to open up the Edit window. In the Edit window, you can add an note or comment, which will be shown inline in the conversation.
