X Whitelisting Email Marketing Platforms in Mimecast

Follow these steps when you need to white list IP ranges for email marketing platforms such as SALES FORCE, SALES FUSION, CONSTANT CONTACT, Etc.

(Known IP Ranges can be found at the bottom of this article)

NOTE: Please add IP ranges if you acquire new ones

NOTE: Multiple IP ranges from different platforms can be added to one policy.  No need to create a separate policy for each platform.

Step-By-Step:

1. Log into the Client's account in MimeCast
2. Go to Administration > Gateway > Policies
3. Under Policies you will need to scroll down and choose “Permitted Senders”
4. Once there you will choose a NEW Policy with the following options:
   Options:
   Policy Narrative (Name of new policy)
   Permitted Sender Policy (Permit Sender)
   Email From:
   Address Based On (The Return Address (Email Envelope From)
   Applies From (Everyone)
   Emails To:
   Internal Addresses
   Validity:
   Enable / Disable (Enable)
   Set policy as perpetual (Always On)
   Policy Override (checked)
   Source IP Ranges (Place the IP ranges here that need to be allowed as permitted senders - in CIDR format)

As an example below allowing Sales Fusion as a Permitted Sender:
