Updating a Polycom config for a home user reporting SIP probe's or states they are receiving calls from an extension repeatedly through the night
Place the following code at the bottom of the Polycom-user-MAC.cfg file

Make sure the IP address of the remote user is whitelisted in TFTP toolkit.
Request the home user power cycle their device for the updated config to take effect and confirm the phone reached our server via the Search Logs function in Toolkit.
If phone did not reach our server, please provide the customer the Remote/Home User Setup guide which contains the ports to be opened.
