X How to add user to Public Folder using Exchange Manager

Step-by-step guide

Open Exchange Manager on HE-UTIL01 server using RDP 192.203.103.148
Click on tools and Public Folders
Click on Default Public Folders on top of the tree and on right side find your company wat will be root of public folder
Right click on root folder and chose Manage Settings

5. On Next window click next

6. Check Add users and Next

7. Under permission click on Add button

8. Next screen click on Scope and Modify Recipient Picker Scope…

9. Close Company from list under Hosted Domains Tree

10. Close New User(s) from that company and press OK

11. Highlight all user made change Permission Level to Author

Press next

12. Press Add.

For huge Public Folder it will be slow
