New Features and Improvements

  1. eAgent - listen to Audio Message Preview Callback while configured as Auto Answer calls. See Image01.
  2. eSupervisor - Support for supervised Agent Commands. See Image02.
  3. eSupervisor - Supervised Agents Monitor - Add "Restore to Default" button, which will reset the Agent Monitor settings to defaults. See Image03.
  4. eSupervisor - Supervised Interactions Monitor - Add "Restore to Default" button, which will reset the Supervised Interactions settings to defaults. See Image04.
  5. eSupervisor - Show filter parameters tooltip when mouse hovers. See Image05.
  6. eSupervisor - Remove My Stats Bar for Supervisors who are not assigned as Agents.
  7. Reports - Support '-' character in agent name for SQL Insert of agent assignments to historical data.
  8. eAgent – Verify that Keep Alive calls are served during light deployment and do not fail as 404, which causes inability to change agent state without refreshing the browser.
  9. eAgent - Immediate registration following a 404 No registration found, instead of trying to keep alive. This minimizes cases of inability to change agent state without refreshing the browser.

What do you need to know?

1.    Any changes made to your environment must be fully deployed via Setup before the upgrade and previously deployed versions will no longer be available after the upgrade.
2.    If your organization is staffed during maintenance, they will experience a short period of downtime (less than 10 minutes).
3.    Users will get a notification on their first login after the upgrade to accept and download the newest update. Please instruct your users to accept the application update.
