This is to be used when a customer reports that queue's or agents on our internally developed Dashboard are not updating stats (Showing 0s, not calculating data, etc)

Please use the drop down to select the appropriate Dashboard

 

 

  1. If agent states are reflecting incorrectly, put in their Broadsoft ID of the agent showing wrong and re-subscribe (IE: 6102300830 or User@Cardionet.com)
  2. If the queue is showing all 0’s, enter the CC- ID for the call center to re-subscribe (Example cc-0001005437-CarrierCallCenter)

 

Click View

 

 

You should see 3 green OK's if everything is working properly. If you do not, click "Fix" and 3 should appear.
