Problem:

Customer is unable to access their DaaS desktop via blast protocol or pcoip protocol

Solution:

Use this file path: C:\Program Files (x86)\VMware\VMware DaaS Agent\service

Filename: MonitorAgent.ini

Rewrite the beginning of the file with the following text

standby_address=10.200.1.220, 10.200.1.221

collector_path=dt-collector-ws/services/CollectorWebService

Note – the standby addresses will vary, please contact your support team for your specific standby addresses

When finished editing the file, make sure the edits are saved then restart the VMWare DaaS service
