Follow these instructions to add a new mail domain to an existing customer in the Mimecast platform.

Step-by-step guide

  1. Login to customer’s admin portal
    1. https://console.mimecast.com/mimecast/admin
  2. Select Directories -> Internal.
  3. Select Register New Domain
  4. Enter the domain name, then select Get Verification Code.
  5. Copy the verification code, have the customer create a public TXT record using this code as the entry. Once the record has been updated. Click Retry Domain Verification.
