SMS to Email to XCS interaction. This will probably not be relevant to support anytime soon, but when it starts being sold, We have some initial information for supporting the service.
The general gist is, that the text goes to number and then Airespring delivers it to an email account (as of right now it's just our email). From there, through the email plug-in on XCS, XCS retrieves the email and delivers it as an interaction. This is presently configured on the XTIUM SALES org if the curious want to take a look.
An account has been created on the Airespring portal. Please don’t share with Tier 1 as this account has access to pretty much everything Airespring including the ability to adjust billing and order or remove services. With that said, here is how to manage the Airetxt service.
Login>Airecare (upper right)

Services>Manage services
Under Services:
Airetxt>Manage lines
This lists the numbers configured on Airespring to deliver SMS text emails. The emails listed are the corresponding email accounts on the XTIUM side. This is also where we would add/remove numbers
