- Make sure you have credentials to login to the dashboard
- Launch the Dashboard Access Editor and Server Manager from the ClearLogin Hub
- Locate the board
- Click on Reload (dashboardname) POD under Actions
- On the next page verify the dashboard is correct
- Click Reload
- Wait for page to redirect you to the Manager page in step 3
- Click the Dashboards's Hyperlink
- Log in
- Verify time has been updated (Running Totals Since:)
- Any issues escalate to SRE Team
